Join us for our annual Chowda Suppa — and share your Rockport history at our first open mic night!
For years, the Sandy Bay Historical Society has presented a series of speakers on Rockport history. This time, we’re turning the microphone over to you for our first-ever Rockport History Open Mic Night. Share an interesting story about your family history, a cherished antique, your old house, or anything else from our town’s past. Each speaker will be limited to five minutes, so keep it short. We look forward to hearing your special piece of our community’s past.
The suppa is Friday, Sept. 15, at 6 p.m. Reservations required. Tickets are $8. Call 978-546-9533 before Sept. 8.
